Intelligent System Network Development
About ISNDEV
ISNDEV stands for Intelligent System Network Development — a mouthful on purpose. It reminds us that software is never only code: it is people, networks, obligations, and the quiet promise that things will still work on a rainy Tuesday.
Headquartered in Paris, we work as one bench with product and platform teams from Lisbon to Berlin, Montreal to Madrid — English, French, and Spanish in the same retro when the programme demands it. QB and our public libraries are the receipts for the standard we hold ourselves to.
Whether you are chasing a launch date, a regulator, a model rollout, or simply tired of firefighting, we bring structure without suffocation — plans you can debate, increments you can ship, and empathy for everyone who will inherit the system.
We hire and partner for taste as much as for syntax: people who can sit with a nervous product owner, a skeptical security officer, and an impatient CFO in the same afternoon — and leave the room with a shared plan.

From first production systems to open-source receipts — one thread of ownership.

First production systems
Shipping software we still stand behind — the bar for every engagement since.
Runtime
QB and the open stack
Publishing runtimes and libraries we deploy under angry traffic — proof, not pitch decks.
Today
Publisher + consulting
Paris studio, global delivery — platforms we operate and programmes we govern for complex organisations.
Craft is the difference between software that fails loudly in a crisis and software the next team can operate with confidence.

Non-negotiables
- Small, reversible steps beat big-bang theatre — unless the honest diagnosis is a rewrite, in which case we say so out loud.
- Measure with curiosity, not blame: the database is rarely the villain in act one.
- Write and draw for the teammate you have not met yet — they are closer than you think.
